  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • Wash the basmati rice and place in a saucepan.
  • Add the water and salt and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and put the lid on the pot.Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
